Can I freeze Paw Paw fruit?
To freeze, measure the pulp and put it in a freezer bag labeled with the amount of pulp and date. Remove as much air from the bag as possible. Use frozen paws within one year.

Potencools well at standard refrigerator temperature. This way they can last for about a week when they are fully ripe. If they are not ripe enough, they can be stored for almost 3 weeks, then brought to room temperature and fully ripened.
